Terms & Conditions — The Content Cadence Subscription

Welcome to The Content Cadence Subscription by Leanne Miller Media. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.

1. What's Included

Your subscription includes a monthly content plan with 16 post ideas, an AI prompt system, and text and voice note support from Leanne Miller for implementation questions related to the subscription content. New content is delivered each month via email to the address associated with your subscription.

2. Pricing & Billing

Your subscription is billed monthly at the rate confirmed at the time of purchase. Leanne Miller Media reserves the right to change subscription pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will receive advance notice before any pricing change affects their billing.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period – you will retain access to that month's content through the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not available once content has been delivered. If you have a question or concern about your subscription, please reach out directly at hello@leannemillermedia.com.

5. Content Ownership & Permitted Use

All content included in The Content Cadence Subscription – including post frameworks, AI prompt systems, and supporting materials – is the intellectual property of Leanne Miller Media and is protected by copyright.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own business only. You may personalize, adapt, and publish content ideas for your individual business use.

You may not share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce the subscription materials in any form – including forwarding documents to non-subscribers or incorporating the frameworks into your own products or services for sale. Friends or colleagues interested in the subscription are welcome to request a free sample by emailing Leanne at hello@leannemillermedia.com.

6. Support Scope

Text and voice note support is included to help you implement your monthly content plan. This support is intended for questions related to the subscription content and is not a substitute for full-service social media consulting or coaching. Response times may vary but Leanne aims to respond within two business days.

7. Results

The Content Cadence Subscription provides content frameworks, ideas, and strategic guidance to support your Instagram presence. Leanne Miller Media is committed to showing up fully prepared and invested in each subscriber's success. That said, results vary based on individual effort, consistency, audience, algorithms, and other factors, and no specific outcomes, follower growth, or business results can be guaranteed.

8. Changes to These Terms

Leanne Miller Media may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes via email.
